Hi David,

I put some BPF measurements in the files section under KF4BQ > SR
LiteXTALL BPF.pdf

They are some sweeps of the BPFs around the passbands. The -3dB
points are shown and can be compared to your simulation data. The
filters were built as specified by Tony's document. I have also
captured the actual built L and C values for some future fiddling.

You may want to edit the insertion loss in your pdf and sim. The -6db
is just the 50 ohm source resistor and load resistor. If you put in
jumper wires for the filter you will get -6dB with the sim. I would
probably just make the sources 2V to make things track.

I did some similar sims in another tool, Serenade. It takes care of
the port impedances for S21 calculations.

I think I played with K factor on the transformers a bit and something
around .7 seemed to track for these powdered iron standard
transformers. Using some broadband ferrite transmission line
transformers I was using around .99 for the K factor.

Thanks for the data and keep up the work!!

73, Mike Collins KF4BQ
