[softrock40] Xtall +programming the pic

[MIke mustang]

I just got done building the Xtall and tested it but,
I want some custom freqs. Is there a good step by step
instruction on how to reprogram the pic? I have never
programed a pic before...So it has to be something for
a newbie.
