The Elcraft K2 uses a 4913KHz crystal filter made from standard uP crystals. You could use 4913KHz uP crystal followed by a 4X frequency multiplier to generate the 4X clock. That avoids buying a special cut cryatal. Bob Macklin K5MYJ Seattle, Wa.

My calculations indicate a crystal frequency of 19.558 MHz would put the IF in the middle of the upper half of a 96 KHz spectrum display.
