At this time it-seems the Si570's shipped with V8.3 are CMOS only, even though each V8.3 kit comes with an LVDS/CMOS transceiver. If you want LVDS Si570's, go to www.wb6dhw.com and follow the links to the Si570 breakout board and then to the KM5H group-buy site. For RX/TX kits, it seems as of today V6.2 is still shipping in limited quantities (read the posts). There are Xtall Si570 boards seemingly available to bring the Si570 to the V6.2 transceivers. Tony, correct me if I'm wrong with any of this... But I feel the Newbie's pain, I went through it the first time I visited the Group. There really needs to be a "Sticky" or something like it in the Forum regarding ordering. Perhaps a File > Ordering (or some-such) folder with current what's-available and how to order and pay for it. Refer to this file folder in the Forum start-up. 73's David
