Hi Duncan,
I have an XP machine with office 2003 and I get the message that
mentioned.  If I press OK on each of the message, the sheet comes up fine.

However, I put the spreadsheet up to the files section with office 2003 and it
seems to be OK now.

Slight delay whilst I rebooted this computer plus booted up a wireless
laptop and re-downloaded both files independently to both. Exactly the
same problem with both files on both computers.

Both computers running XP Pro with Excel 2000.

Your word document downloads and opens fine.

It is the Excel 2000 that is v SP3, not XP. That is still SP2.
