The Si570 has about .4ps jitter at 40MHz, this part has 250ps jitter at
40MHz, and it gets worse as you go higher. A clue is that the jitter is so
bad that it's rated in percent. There is no comparison in term of phase
noise between the two parts. The Si570 is way cleaner in it's output.
