Beautiful work. :-) I have one small suggestion: Hide the "Remove" button whenever you've changed the state of the add-on checkboxes. That way it's more obvious which button you need to click to apply the changes. (If for some reason you check/uncheck an add-on, and *then* decide to remove the software altogether, you can still click "Cancel" and then "Remove".)
