Interact effectively with development team, product management, Design and *QA* manager to promote effective testing methodology. Create use cases, develop and maintain test specifications, test scripts, test data, and troubleshooting test issues, recording test results, and defect tracking. Participation in review of release definitions and design specifications. Participation in working design sessions, walkthroughs, and ongoing decision-making. Advising on unit testing in the development group. Make recommendations regarding defect prioritization. Perform all test assignments to ensure the application meets business requirements and client expectations. The *Manual* *Tester* ensures accuracy and precision of the product from the business point of view, as well as the customer's.
