A minimum of three (3) years experience developing *Microsoft.NET applications*. Experience must include the use of* C#* as the development language. (Note: Experience using VB.NET will not be counted toward mandatory requirements.) 2. A minimum of three (3) years experience involved in the direct management of a group responsible for application testing. This includes the generation of *test plans, user acceptance, and defect tracking*. 3. A minimum of three (3) years experience with an *automated test *tool. 4. A minimum of five *(5)* years application development experience within a *health care organization. * 5. *A current PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. (Copy of PMP certification must be provided with any proposal.) * *THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED:* * * *Desirable Skill/Expertise * * * 1. Practical knowledge of *HIPAA* rules and regulations. 2. Experience working with applications that access confidential data. 3. Strong communication skills. 4. Experience gathering system requirements from non-technical users. 5.
