Pull policy data from Oracle
databases, transform it into the formats required by InsurQuote to attain
competitor rates, and merge the resulting premiums back with the policy
attributes and our premium for use in the reporting
software.
Complete Description:
Review current procedures and train staff on best way to use SAS. Lead for
optimizing existing SAS code and populating code for additional states.
Populate
code for additional states.
With full competency, devises or modifies
procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity
and
limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Designs, codes,
tests,
debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest
technical
level of all phases of applications programming
activities.
Behavior Characteristics:
Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Project
management experience is preferred.
