Work directly 
with customers to resolve their technical support issues.
• Use strong 
troubleshooting capabilities and in-depth product knowledge to resolve 
technical 
issues and provide workarounds as necessary. 
• Provide product usage 
guidance to customers.
• Handle escalated support issues, working closely 
with Engineering. 
• Creation of FAQ’s for use internally and by 
customers 
   
BS college 
degree preferably in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Experience with 
RDBMS (SQLServer or Oracle) and web development (JSP, Javascript, .Net)
• 
Attention to detail and passion for perfection.
• Organized and methodical 
approach to workload. Able to juggle multiple priorities
• Commitment to 
product quality and customer satisfaction
• Proven ability to work on own 
initiative and to be proactive on identifying problems and solutions
• Sense 
of humor, patience and determination
• Experience working with clients in 
legal, financial services or consulting a plus
