Here is the 
job description:

The West Education Group business provides learning 
opportunities to
lawyers to help in their preparation for taking the Bar 
exam. One of
the
products that we provide is a test taking software 
application that
simulates asking questions the user may see during the bar 
exam
process.
There are a variety of ways the information is presented to 
the user
and
many options for helping them learn at their own pace. This 
application
is written using Adobe (Macromedia) Flash and Actionscript 2.0. 
Given
the popularity of the application, the business is looking to 
further
enhance it by adding new functionality to both the Flash based 
test
taking software, and also add changes to the website that manages 
the
content and other administration of the test taking 
software.

Primary Responsibilities
* Given business requirements for 
new features and changes, the
developer is responsible for design and 
implementation of changes to
the
Flash test taking software applications. 
(Flash, Actionscript,
mProjector)
o Provide new methods of traversing 
through the test taking experience
via alternate question sets, etc.
o 
Implement changes to the user interface to better support inherent
features 
in Flash. Modify scrolling, user visual experience and other
items.
o 
Create and update charting and graphing of test results
o Develop solutions 
for better alignment of test taking results between
locally installed 
versions and web based versions of test taking
software
* Update the web 
based administrative utility that manages the
question/answer content. 
(ASP.NET)
o Re-architect the management and storage of questions, answers 
and
discussion text to more easily support expansion of more products.
o 
Implement changes to the user interface for a more intuitive
administrator 
experience
