PeopleSoft HCM v8.8+ implementation & support experience with functional knowledge of PS HCM and deep configuration knowledge of Enterprise Learning Management 9.0 (ELM). - Hands-on experience with a public sector organization with a service center and employee population Gt 50,000 or private sector Corporation with GT 50,000 employees required. - ELM Application Demos to Senior Leadership and the business stakeholders, ELM training experience and ELM knowledge transfer experience required. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Web Query, and SQL required. Strong verbal/written communications skills, Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation required. *Skills B:* - Min 3 yrs. consulting firm employment, and 2 full life-cycle PeopleSoft ELM (Enterprise Learning Management) and eProfile projects. - Experience with ELM (Enterprise Learning Management) and eProfile in the context of multiple jobs and position management. - Knowledge of the *Federal and State regulations for Education k-12 Professional Development*. - Business process reengineering and change management for ELM is a plus. - ELM training experiences a definite plus. - *Change management, change control, and QA experience* - *Sarbanes Oxley or ISO governance experiences.* - Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.49 + . - In-depth (over 3 years) implementation or upgrade experience with 8.9 PeopleSoft HCM, (7.5 to 9.0) required 5-7 years In-depth experience with Public Sector Projects required, at least 1 year with K-12 projects required Experience supporting ELM "go-live" – processing and troubleshooting *Prefer a Certified PS* Consultant Application and Module Experience must *Job Description:* PeopleSoft Senior Functional 9.0 ELM Consultant will move the ELM functional phases forward to deployment.
