Position
Description: Experience Level: 5-7 years technical background
and
3-5 years
directly related web experience. Description: Develops and implements complex
internet and intranet applications on one or more platforms. Uses knowledge of
web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP,
multimedia applications, database
Modeling tools
and/or database interactions. Evaluates systems specifications for client
area
web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and
cost-effective software/package solution.
Researches and
tracks new web technologies, develops service applications, and analyzes
business requirements as they pertain to web-based
systems.
Responsible
for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security
policy and standards. May provide direction and guidance to less experienced
staff.
This position
will help to continue support and enhancement for the CBEST QA metrics. The
candidate must have a quite aptitude to learn the
current
infrastructure
and processes of the current website. A strong experience with Flash, Perl,
XML, and JavaScripting is required for the
candidates.
Additionally
the candidate must be able to quickly understand the QA and business processes
of not just the department but also other departments as we currently provide
this Metrics tool at an Enterprise Level. Candidate must be able to work with
all levels of management and individual contributors so a strong communication
skill and ability to ask crisp questions is a must.
