Software QA Engineer A key player in the growing utilities industry is hiring a Software QA Engineer. REQUIRED . 5+ years experience testing software using collaborative test planning, installation, regression, usability, and feature testing techniques BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study . Familiarity with Visual Studio 2005 . C/C++ experience . Experience with certificate based security . Version Control tool or PVCS experience . Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Access . Must be able to create a make file . Experience with UNIX vi editor . Customer support experience is a must . Must have good written and verbal communication skills . Willing to travel . Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. PREFERRED Experience with the following: . TCP/IP configuration . Java or C# experience . Virtualized Windows Installation and Maintenance, XP, 03, 08, Vista . Knowledge of Red Hat Linux, QNX, Solaris, and AIX preferred . POSIX BASH scripting .
