Software QA Engineer Responsibilities * Contribute to the improvement of SQA practices, including software test design, coverage and execution; test automation; software metrics and technical reviews. * Reviews requirements and functional specifications to ensure they are complete, unambiguous and testable. * Works with the software developers to ensure requirements are being met. * Communicates and escalates issues to the Quality Manager, and assists in establishing priorities to meet established goals and objectives. * Generates testing reports for management, engineering and testing teams. Provides status information on the testing cycle and notification of significant information.
