QQA Analyst Senior Responsibilities: Prepares status and activity reports for management review and notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention. Works on multiple projects and/or daily activities simultaneously, establishes work plans and timelines; coordinates with internal and external sources. Development, implementation, trending and reporting of discrepancies in the Electronic Data Systems Network. Documents problems and changes as required. Communicates changes to appropriate departments and works with other analysts to develop improvements, modifications and enhancements. Prepares status and activity reports for management review and notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention. Creates reporting mechanisms to be used by others in the business unit. Provides fundamental analytical suport. Establishes work plans and timelines; coordinates with internal and external sources. Assists with training team members and resolving problems; working with other departments as appropriate. Requirements: Bachelors degree and five years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems related to automated systems and operations. Extensive knowledge of PCs and related software applications. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Effective presentation skills. Good math, analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Requirements: Extensive knowledge of PCs and related software applications. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Familiarity with internal databases such as Facility Contracts Database and Facility Claims Price required. Ability to input data, run queries and reports using MS Access desired. Ability to build and maintain access database preferred but not required.
