Specific Job Description The preferred candidate should have a demonstrated background in the utilization and implementation of software quality and audit related techniques. In addition, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and the ability to multi-task are required. Must work well in a team environment, have excellent customer interface and presentation skills, have good interpersonal relationship skills, be able to work effectively in culturally diverse situations, and willing to travel. Familiarity with the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI's) Capability Maturity Model-Integrated (CMMI) is desired. The candidate will interface with systems and software development personnel, test and evaluation personnel, and project managers. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance to company processes and ensuring products meet contractual requirements. The candidate will assist in developing, establishing and maintaining quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established internal and government requirements. Candidate should be willing to learn and perform supplier QA tasks when appropriate. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
