Project Leader/Q & A Technical Analyst • Will lead team of Quality Assurance Technical Analyst planning, developing and implementing tests of dispersed storage software to separate data into discrete unrecognizable data slices distributed to multiple terabyte storage locations with each slice carrying insufficient information for an unauthorized viewer to determine original content but capable of being recombined with other data slices to reestablish the file. • Will assign work to team members who are using their knowledge of Linux kernel internals, Python and TCK scripting languages, and iSCSI drivers and interface to perform their duties. • Will monitor work of team members who are testing software code using scripting methods and classifying the number and severity of defects found by the tests for hybrid storage solutions using knowledge of both hardware and software systems. • Will set schedules of team members who are responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, compiling and managing project artifacts and testing the product. • Will direct team members who are creating and maintaining UML models and diagrams of these storage solutions. • Will report to management about the performance of team members who are developing and maintaining updated internal procedural documentation, providing input for new methods of reporting and measurement and new application of existing methods and reporting. • MS in Computer Science or related field and 6 months direct experience or 1 year related experience doing duties of Technical Systems Analyst will now be leading, directing, assigning work to, monitoring work of, setting schedules for, reporting to management on.
