Senior Software QA Engineer Job Description * Prepare, execute, monitor and maintain test automation suite on both Windows and Mac platforms. * Establish policies and guidelines for Test Automation * Establish processes for automated build and deployment of applications to test and production environments. * Work closely with developers to include test automation early in the development lifecycle. * Work closely with other QA engineers and developers and ensure on-time completion of the testing * Continually work to reduce the time taken to complete testing without any loss in productivity or coverage * Contribute to the overall optimization of the test process Required Skills * A passion for building top-of-the-line software * Six or more years of software testing in a sophisticated development environment * Three or more years of hands-on experience in developing automation framework for Enterprise class applications * Experience in building test automation suite using industry standard automation tools such as Mercury WinRunner or QTP Proficient in automation of basic acceptance tests and regression test suites * Strong understanding of Quality Assurance fundamentals, strategies and technologies * Ability to demonstrate exceptional test case writing, test execution and be proficient at writing bug reports * Enthusiastic and motivated, with effective organizational and communication skills * Bachelors Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
