Software Quality Engineer II Serves as a Quality representative to improve awareness, visibility, and communication on quality initiatives to support departmental, functional, site, divisional and corporate quality goals and priorities. General: · Provide detail orientation and learn to interpret and follow established procedures. · Develop solutions to mitigate procedural, system, functional, and cross-functional issues . · Interpret and apply quality and regulatory standards. · Apply sound, systematic problem-solving skills in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues. · Strengthen the organization by developing depth and breadth of knowledge within the software quality specialization area. · Ensure that project and associated documentation is compliant with requirements and objectives. · Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and achieve results. Job specific : · Assist in defining the deliverable set (documents) and templates for the project · Provide guidance and feedback in the creation of the validation documents · Ensure that system conforms to user and functional specifications and quality standards . · Ensure traceability, including system requirement to software requirements, requirements to design, protocols against requirements · Review executed protocols to ensure they meet requirements and follow Good Documentation Practices · Review discrepancies/deviations during validation and ensure proper disposition and revalidation 3 - 5 Years experience with BA/BS in Quality Engineering or related discipline.
