Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will design, create, execute and maintain test plans, cases and scripts related to the software products developed at Press Ganey. Candidates will consult with clients and other team members to ensure applications are developed according to specifications. May lead and direct the work of others. Other responsibilities include: providing first or second level support for the software applications delivered to our internal and external customers. This individual will communicate effectively and work in project teams utilizing a variety of tools deployed at Press Ganey. Qualifications/Requirements: · 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing with proficiency in automated testing tools, especially Quality Center, QuickTestPro and LoadRunner · BA/BS degree in Computer Science · Very technical and technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities · Strong knowledge of software design and implementation, and communications interfaces.
