LLead Software Development Engineer in Test Job You will be responsible for leading a team of test engineers building and testing the next generation layout and rendering engine for IE Mobile. There will be significant interactions with the Desktop IE team and so you should have experience with working cross team on complex engineering initiatives. This position requires a strong passion for testing and a deep technical problem solving skills. Qualifications: Test lead experience (5+ years) with track record of driving multiple products/versions from inception to delivery Strong technical domain knowledge of the internet browser space including protocols, standards, tools and scripting languages. Strong development skills including expert knowledge of C++, objection orientation, and strong debugging skills. Excellent team building skills and a proven track record of recruiting and retaining top test talent. Excellent communications skills both in team, across team and with management and other disciplines Understanding of graphics technologies and APIs Helpful But Not Required Experience with mobile phone development, cellular technologies or other embedded development Experience of processor architectures in addition to x86 such as ARM an advantage.
