Software Quality Assurance Tester RESPONSIBILITIES * Create and execute test case documentation based on project requirement documentation and design documentation * Responsible for regression testing, logging, tracking, and resolution verification of defects. * Communicates effectively with members of software development and other project related groups to ensure project objectives are met. * Performs analysis on release cycle data for inclusion in test reports. QUALIFICATIONS * BSEE, BSCE or equivalent is required * Basic knowledge of SQL, C, C+ + is preferred * 2-3 years experience in software testing is preferred * Solid understanding of software development lifecycle with some exposure to QA methodologies * Experience in writing and execution of test plans, test cases, and procedures is required * Experience with portable device testing required * Experience with medical device testing preferred * Working knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulation, and previous FDA inspection experience preferred * Previous experience with ambulatory ECG systems is preferred * Detail oriented, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work with a multi-disciplined development team from inception through product release is required * Demonstrated ability to lead / mentor team members to achieve project goals * Capable of exercising independent judgment under minimum supervision Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
