No web experience, no interview unfortunately. Must have expertise with web load testing tools like LoadRunner, QALoad, SilkPerformer or Rational Performance Tester. Must be strong in benchmark testing and performance analysis. Needs to understand software development, have a working knowledge of HTTP load generation /measurement software and have a working knowledge of Java, C++, C, SQL.
