Software QA Engineer Requirements & Experience: * 5+ years of formal Quality Assurance testing experience * Experience using formal QA processes as part of a formal software development lifecycle * 2+ years experience with automated testing tools * 3+ years experience with automated defect tracking tools * 4+ years testing and working with web-based applications * 3+ years testing SQL- Server-based products * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Programming experience with Microsoft Visual Basic or .NET framework, writing testing tools such as test harnesses and proxies is a plus.
