Software Engineer / QA Position Summary: This is a highly technical position for a software test engineer with experience in functional, performance, reliability, automated and system integration testing across a variety of platforms. Primary responsibilities will include building to test plans, automation frameworks, scoping projects, mentoring junior members of the team and working with software engineers to interpret and thoroughly understand requirements. This individual should being self-driven to execute tasks with limited supervision. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in depth black box and white box testing • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience(CS, EE, Math, Information Technology or other technical area preferred) • Previous programming experience with C++, C#, Java, Python, Ruby, or other OO languages required • Advanced web development skills (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and etc) are a must • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP required • Previous automation experience required using tools such as Selenium, Windmill, LoadRunner, WinRunner, or similar. • Demonstrated experience writing test plans and test cases • Ability to track testing results and report metrics to management team • Experience with agile development methodologies • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, and Mac OS X • Strong attention to detail • Passionate about defending product quality • Superior written and verbal skills • Self-motivated with good decision-making abilities • Strong logical & problem solving skills • Moderate SQL skills • Must be able to assist in analyzing the security of our products and services Desired Skills: • Database configuration, administration and design Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
