Software QA Manager · You will be designing and implementing test cases through lightweight, consistent and repeatable test automation. · You will be working closely with our development team to design more testable code. · You will be responsible for creating test plans, managing testing efforts to that plan and reporting on status. · You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing requirements, designing and implementing test cases based upon your thorough analysis and then implementing and executing those test cases. · You will follow up on issues and defects through to resolution. · You must be self motivated and have a passion for excellence in software quality. · You must thrive on working closely with others in a fast paced team environment. · You will be challenged to use creativity in devising test solutions Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: * 5 years experience in software testing preferably in an agile environment * Excellent communication skills * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent test case engineering skills * Proven track record designing and implementing lightweight test automation * Excellent status tracking and reporting skills * Experience writing and maintaining test plans * Experience managing the testing effort for 3 to 4 testers * Experience with HP Quality Center * Knowledgeable about object oriented programming * Knowledgeable about SQL queries * Knowledgeable about XML, writing XML parsers Preferred Requirements * College degree in information technology field * Software testing certification * Experience with Team Foundation Server * Experience with SharePoint * Experience with Visual Studio 2008, .Net, C# 3.5 very desirable * Experience with Java a plus * Experience using Visual Studio team system test tools * Knowledgeable about database modelling, development and design = Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
