Description: Provide leadership and coordination of Help Desk Technical Support services. Provide solutions to lawyers and staff on the use of technical systems and document support. Ensure Help Desk technical services are effective, high quality, and timely. Coordinate and conduct quality control of the Help Desk services.
*This position does require previous technical support experience in a AmLaw 200 company. Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years working on a Word Processing/ Microsoft Office Help Desk or related experience. * Previous technical support experience in a law firm environment REQUIRED. * Availability to work before and after business hours and weekends with little or no notice and to provider beeper/page services if needed. * Expert knowledge of Office 2003 to advanced level, particularly as used in a legal environment. * MOS Certification in Office preferred. * Preference will be given to candidates with Help Desk Supervisory/Management experience. * Must be a US Citizen. *Must pass testing on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and pass with 75 - 80% correct.
