* * *BA with Kronos exp* *LocationL: Westborough, MA * *Duration: 3+ months* * * *Job Description:* Initiate user JAD sessions and document functional requirements. Analyze requirements and create process documentation, workflow diagrams, feature specifications and use cases. Schedule and document all project meetings. Participate in User Acceptance Training with business partners including composing test plans and test cases, as well as documenting end results. Plan and support all project pilot and rollout tasks including: Support Operational training needs. Partner with deployment team to ensure all software is properly deployed. Follow up on implementation issues. Partner with PM to meet all SOX requirements. Responsible for significant communications with Kronos, Store Operations and management teams across divisions. *REQUIRED SKILLS :* Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field. Experience with *Kronos Workforce Management* products or any automated labor scheduling tool Experience desired but not limited to: Working knowledge *Kronos workflow.* Working knowledge of *system configuration.* General knowledge of all *Kronos components.* General knowledge of interface support. Critical to the success of this high profile project, the candidate must posses: Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and business partners.
