Quality Resource Engineer Requirements Candidates must have certification at the highest or master level in QI/PI methodologies. Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Sensei or equivalent required. Proven skills and demonstrated success in application of advanced QI/PI methods also required. Candidate must have a Masters Degree with minimum of 6 years QI or PI experience or Bachelors degree with minimum 8 yrs QI or PI experience. The ability to perform statistical analyses and the ability to utilize statistical analysis software such as Minitab or SPSS is a must. Candidates must have proven abilities in team facilitation and project management skills.
