Sr. Siebel Performance Tester Required Skills: * Experience with Siebel Performance Testing & Siebel Functional Testing * 4 to 5 years. * Experience with Siebel 7.5.3 is required, Siebel 7.8 is preferred * Experience on web and client-server performance testing. * Analyze Design, Develop Load Test scripts using Web (HTTP/HTML), Citrix, Siebel Web, Oracle Apps 11i, RTE, etc protocols. Extensively involved in Test director admin activities such as create Project, create new user and database backup and Recovery the repository, Configure user account, etc. Performed extensive analysis and gained knowledge on internet and intranet business applications including automation of back end systems using knowledge of Siebel and Load runner involving business models, sales & marketing, online transactions and security. * Communicate with project managers as to the progress of open items and work with other developers, Architects, Project Managers or other infrastructure resources as needed using knowledge of Information systems infrastructure, Systems development stages, Systems development life cycle, Rapid application development, Systems analysis, Systems design, Steps in Requirements gathering, Risk Analysis, Data modeling, define Process & methodology, Project planning and control, Evaluation of systems alternatives, Web and GUI design, Design tips, etc. * Work with the assigned development ream to write and maintain software life-cycle documentation such as user guides, Test cases, Load Test script & scenario creation and validation, Analyze test results and Document Load test report for further analysis. This includes performance testing, Regression testing, Stress testing and Endurance Testing. * Perform and provide end-user support, systems and business analysis, documenting business processes and systems requirements, systems configuration and systems testing. All of the above job duties will be performed under supervision from the Project Manager.
