* * *1.People soft Business Analyst CRM *** *Location : Toronto, Canada*** *Duration : 3-6 Months .*** Required Skill Set. 1. Must have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft applications. With minimum 3 to 4 years in PeopleSoft CRM. 2. Excellent communication Business-facing skill is a must. 3. Detail knowledge and hands on experience in *PeopleSoft CRM – (Modules Marketing, Sales, & Support)* 4. Must have either Implemented or Production support in above modules, Where sales module is most critical. 5. Good analytical power. (Should be able to articulate business requirement’s in detail level Business Requirement and functional specifications documents) 6. Should be able to articulate his/her solution to business, It could be a work around or customization. 7. Should be able to work with technical team in preparing solution to business requirements, development projects. 8. Should be able to do estimation’s. (Effort & Timelines) considering current bandwidth. 9. Provide support if required and solve production support tickets. 10. Should be able to perform *QA role as well and do functional testing if required.** * 11. Should have done application configuration exercise in the past and if not should be able to do so if required. Like in case of new module implementation or, merger/acquisition. 12. Should have capability to work in onsite and offshore model. 13. Should be able to coordinate with offshore team. 14. *Should have little technical knowledge too. Must have worked in *PS CRM and have all concepts clear like BORM.* 4. Must be able to provide technical solution to the business requirements. 5. Good communication and business facing capability 6. Should also be able to comment and articulate technical feasibility to a user requirement 7. As a tech lead he/she should be able to prepare technical design document and allocate work to technical team 8. Must be able to do estimations 9. Handle production support issues. 10. Should be capable of coding and participate in development projects. 11.
