Staff Software QA Engineer Experience and Skills: * BSEE/CS or equivalent with 5+ years experience testing Storage Subsystems and/or Servers. * Strong problem recognition and troubleshooting skills, with good attention to detail is a must. * Experience developing test plans and test cases for system level interoperability is essential. * Experience configuring and working with enterprise SANs: Host HBAs/drivers, FC/iSCSI switches, FC/iSCSI storage arrays. * System admin level knowledge on Windows, Linux, Solaris, and other Unix OSs. * Good Written and oral communication skills. * Experience with virtualized OSs: VMware, Citrix Xen Server, and Egenera. * Experience configuring and testing clustering solutions: Veritas VCS, Windows MSCS, Solaris, Red Hat, AIX HACMP, Oracle RAC. * Experience working with FC analyzers. * Experience working with iSCSI devices. * Programming/scripting experience.
