Software QA Manager POSITION DESCRIPTION The Software Test Manager is tasked with the overall responsibility for staffing the test efforts for multiple projects and is ultimately responsible for the success of those efforts. It is expected that the Test Manager will direct test personnel working on-site and off-shore (3rd party). The Test manager advocates quality and test initiatives, resource planning and management, and resolution of issues that impede the test effort.
