Software QA The candidate must have a background in Computer Science/Programming and two years plus of hands-on experience developing product or automation code. The candidate should have a strong understanding of GUI development/Java development and strong fundamental quality programming skills. Training will be offered for SilkTest, AutomatedQA TestComplete and Hammer HVB but prior experience is a major plus. This position is NOT for programmers/automation experts who do not believe in properly structured, modular programming methods. The candidate must have a positive attitude and commitment to team. The candidate must be able to take general direction from the senior technical leads and be motivated to break down barriers and solve problems on their own to meet milestones. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with members of both development and QA teams.
