Software Quality Assurance Analyst ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Evaluates and tests new or modified in-house development software solutions. * Defines test plans to validate results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to business requirements and specifications. * Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures. * Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers. * Reviews computer operating log to identify program processing errors. * Creates regression testing plans and automated regression tests. * Writes documentation to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction. * Responsible for providing management reporting for all activities and history logs including issues report and test iterations and any other reporting requirements as required by the organization.
