Required Skills: * 3 - 5 years experience testing dynamic web-based business applications in a professional environment. * Solid, demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies with practical experience implementing them in real world situations. * Strong in quality assurance processes (i.e., planning, scripting, testing and defect tracking). * Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into appropriate testing of software solutions. * Ability to decompose internal and customer requirements into detailed test cases for functional and regression test execution. * Ability to interact with software developers, product managers, and business users required. * Work with development team to drive all defects and design changes from discovery or inception to resolution. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel initiatives and meet established deadlines * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Documented examples of work demonstrating a detail oriented approach * Excellent oral and written communication skills and works well in a collaborative team environment Preferences: * Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree * Experience with testing tools such as Test Track Pro and QA Wizard Pro. * Demonstrated knowledge of UNIX and SQL as it relates to test execution, defect resolution, and environmental maintenance. * Experience with appropriate open system technologies and environments such as Java, XML, Solaris, Junit ant, CVS, and Oracle database Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
