*DataStage Developer * *Location: Milwaukee, WI* *Duration (2-3 months)* * LOCAL OR NEARBY CONSULTANTS ONLY PLEASE** * Job Summary The Extract Transform and Load (ETL) Analyst is responsible for *leading the end-to-end design, development, testing and execution of the process to transform and load data and meta data into the Enterprise Data Warehouse, ODS and/or data marts.* The ETL Analyst works closely with the Enterprise Data Warehouse (ETL) Team to effectively design, communicate, execute and test the transform and load requirements. This individual works with other members of the EDW team and application services to translate business requirements and specifications in order to identify specific data elements that warrant inclusion in the EDW The ETL Analyst works closely with the EDW project team members and stakeholders to assist in the definition of requirements. This individual must understand meta data and data integrity specifications. To maximize the effectiveness of the extract, transform and load processes, the ETL Analyst works closely with members of the EDW organization to define guidelines and development standards for transform and load development. This individual is expected to contribute to the technical components of these guidelines and standards. This individual is also responsible for mapping source system data to develop models, develops and tests extraction, transformation and loading processes and defines and captures meta data and rules associated with the ETL processes. This individual adapts ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business user requirements as well as provide EDW infrastructure support.
