Software QA Manager # Use test management and development tools to deliver automated tests integrated with product development activities # Manage testing team day-to-day activities and long-term plans # Provide technical development / mentoring for testers # Ensure testing teams are resourced appropriately by maintaining resource pool # Serve as recognized expert on testing initiatives, Six Sigma methodology, and automation processes # Establish and drive customer focused testing processes, procedures, and testing metrics # Create, communicate and drive a clear operating and prioritization rhythm for the team # Collect, evaluate and publish quality/test metrics and test results to the project team and stakeholders # Work as a coach / mentor to develop less experienced testing staff Qualifications/Requirements # Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science # Minimum 5 years of experience in a software QA / software development environment # Minimum 3 years experience managing software QA personnel # Minimum 5 years experience with automation tools such as LoadRunner, QuickTest Professional # Minimum 5 years experience with the HP Mercury Quality Center testing tool Additional Eligibility Qualifications Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
