 *BO 5.x to BO XI R2 migration expert*

Work involved in this requirement is review (suggest best practice), the
migration process adopted in migrating BO 5.1 reports to BO XI R2 SP5
environment. We have an existing system (BO universe + reports) which is
migrated from BO 5.1 to BO XI R2 SP5, which after released into production
every other day fails with some or other reasons. Client wants somebody to
review the migration process thoroughly and suggest what need to be done to
stabilize migrated reports and universe. Lately we are getting lots of
ticket in the migrated system hence client feels that the way the migration
executed is not correct and somebody need to analyze it and tell whether the
approach taken is correct or not , why all these problems are appearing ,
how to stop it etc etc.

*Looking for a person with following expertise for this*
                Migration experience from BO v5/v6 to XI R2
                Experience in Report Conversion Tool
                Exposure to Oracle RAC
