Sr Test Engineer - Support efforts to define test requirements and develop specifications. - Recommend Design for Test methodologies relative to test requirements and test solution needs. - Development and documentation of test solutions to support test requirements using LabView. - Support and/or lead efforts to implement developed test solutions into a production test environment. - Support and/or lead efforts to address test yield and test improvement efforts. - Development of plans to address test methodology and test time improvements that address capacity constraints. Basic Qualifications Minimum requirements: - BSEE or BSEET with 5+ years experience in Test Development Engineering. - Candidate should have good test system knowledge (ATE or racked-mounted) and test development skills. Experience on VXI and/or PXI based test equipment is desired. - Test development experience using LabView is highly desired. - Candidate must be able to develop test solutions and debug product test issues using standards of practice tools and equipment. - Candidate must have a good understanding of circuit operation and circuit analysis techniques. - Candidate must be experienced in test interface hardware design and development. - Candidate must posses excellent communications skills and be able to integrate into a team and effectively operate as a member of that team. Additionally, the ability to make effective presentations is required. Effective mastery of MS Office tools is also required. Preferred Requirements (In addition to Minimum Requirements): - BSEE, MSEE, or MSEET with 5+ years experience in Test Development Engineering.
