Software Quality Assurance Manager . Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of applicable professional QA experience. Must have a background in QA methodologies Must be familiar with Microsoft suite of products (Office, Word, Excel and Project) Very familiar with Agile Software development methodology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior team management experience a must. 5 years experience in software and/or program testing and demonstrated leadership skills Knowledge of formal bug tracking and release management tools and procedures Experience testing web-applications. Basic knowledge of databases and scripting with strong analytical and problem solving skills Extensive experience working in a structured QA environment Bachelor’s degree in related field.
