Job Responsibilities oBuild and execute test scripts using knowledge of standard validation techniques and quality standards. oWork with project managers to develop test cases. oResponsible for decisions regarding application changes for projects. oInterface with project managers and development resources. oParticipate in test case development, manual testing, and validation of all applications using knowledge of documentation reviews and requirements analysis. oContribute to the improvement of software development quality control processes and procedures. oBuild conformance of test plans and test cases. oFollow established guidelines in the management of reporting defects using defect tracking tools. Core Qualifications oExperience working in e-commerce, fulfillment and order processing environments and knowledge of Jira preferred. oHands-on Quality Assurance testing experience across all phases of the QA process. oKnowledge of SQL and relational database best practices. oExperience working on large systems with heavy data requirements. oTrack, monitor, prioritize bugs, and supply development staff with feedback and information required to correct issues and problems. oAbility to lead the testing for a component of the product while working well with others on the QA team to come up with the best testing strategies. oKnowledge of documentation reviews and requirements analysis. oKnowledge and experience of validation techniques, quality standards, and metrics.
