Senior Quality Engineer Duties & Responsibilities: * Identifies non-conformance trends and implement correct action programs both internally and at the supplier. * Evaluates and recommends improvements in receiving and in-process inspection methods, equipment, and sampling plans. * Conducts supplier audits and ensures supplier implements and maintains any resulting corrective action program. * Develops and maintains SPC program and evaluate the results for continuous improvement. Participate in process validation. * Continuously identifies and implements best-in-class quality practices. * Promotes and maintains an environment that ensures compliance to QSR, ISO, and Acclarent polices and procedures. Qualifications: * BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
