Quality Assurance Project Manager Technical Requirements: * Minimum: 5+ years experience testing, including leading a team of 10+ testers * Experience with QA/Testing Best Practices and Tools (Prefer HP/Mercury) * Experience within DHS a strong plus * Preferred: Strong familiarity with IEEE standards, such as 1012-2004 standard.
