Location: Sacramento, CA
Project Start: 3/15/2010 to 8/30/2010 *
*Mandatory Requirements: *
* Must have at least 5 years experience with SAP IS-U CCS Customer Service
modules including at least 1 year of recent experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and
IS-U CCS
* Must have hands-on experience with the implementation and configuration of
SAP CRM 7.0 and the web IC Client in a SAP ECC 6.0 utility environment.
* Must have detailed configuration experience and/or knowledge of the
L-shaped CIC including opportunities for customization, workflows, and
master data components and their relation to the lifecycle of the
business partner.
*Additional Requirements:*
* Must be able to make SAP ECC 6.0 CCS front office configuration and
workflow changes to support changes to the client business processes as a
result of the SMART meter installations.
* Must be strong on analysis and executing functional/technical testing
* Must have experience with all phases of a project lifecycle including
business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and
support
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Work Management service notifications as they relate to
IS-U CCS is highly desired
* Experience with the Silver Springs Network AMI product; specifically the
UIQ is desired
* Team Lead experience a plus
