Our shop closely follows the Rational protocols and procedures and selected contractor is expected to be well versed in RUP. Detailed work may include documenting business models, use case models, activity diagrams, architecting solutions, generating coding specifications, perform coding tasks, unit test all modules and implementation of the system. must have skills: • A minimum of four years (4) experience coding, testing, and debugging modules in Java/J2EE environment, which includes JSP, Java Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, JSP Tags, JSTL, CSS • A minimum of four (4) years experience with Java/J2EE patterns including Session, Façade, View Dispatcher and Data Access Objects • A minimum of four (4) years experience with Object Oriented Design Methodology using UML • A minimum of four (4) years experience with the following: o WSAD o HTML, Java Script o Rational Clear Case • A minimum of three (3) years experience with the following: o XML o Struts o RUP o DB2 • A minimum of two (2) years experience with IBM RSA7 • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English language Additional Desired Capabilities • Experience implementing TAI++ Security using IBM’s RSA7 • Experience with JSF Java Based Web Application Framework to implement J2EE applications • Experience with UCM utilizing Rational Clearcase Version Control Technology • Experience implementing AJAX utilizing XML and JavaScript technologies We are expecting a healthy and long relationship with you and your company.
