QA Technician Responsibilities include: * collecting and reporting on data using various tools and software; * performing quality inspections and audits to ensure conformance with customer requirements; * assisting with the preparation of procedures which support the company’s Quality Management System; * assisting the Quality Manager in complaint resolution using techniques such as root cause analysis and DOE; * performing other tasks as needed to support the company’s objectives.
