Sr. Administrator, QA Tools and Processes Responsibilities * Administration, development, testing and training of Quality Center Modules (Test Cases, Test Lab, Defect Manager, Dashboard) in a clustered environment, managing multiple projects and supporting a sizable user base * Analysis, design of Quality Center Requirements, Releases and BPT Modules for insertion into our test cycle * Administration, customization, consolidation and merging of Quality Center Projects; including training and documenting all processes related to the application * Manage all new project requests for Quality Center, including application scripting for workflow customizations and overall application usability * Integration between Quality Center and 3rd party test tools (QTP, PPM(ISAAC), Clarity (ePlan) SOATest, Selenium, JUnit, LoadRunner) * Design, develop, test and implement all patches, upgrades, bug fixes and custom enhancements; including management of software license purchase and renewal * Maintain & expand QA SharePoint site, support a Service Desk tool and other tools and repositories as needed * Drive continuous improvement and predictable execution in the test cycle * Partner with Vendor representatives to ensure adherence to best practices and utilization of Quality Center to it's fullest potential * Interact with a wide variety of SQA, Development, Business Analysis, Operations and internal customer resources Qualifications Qualifications for Success * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or MIS/IT related topics * 6+ years of overall IT experience supporting large-scale, highly integrated systems and teams * 2+ years of Quality Center Administration (10.0) experience with an implementation of more than 300 Users; including installation, patching, project back-up and restoration * Experience with QC workflow customization and 3rd party tools integration with Quality Center * Experience with VBScript, JavaScript, Macros * Experience with Oracle 10g and composing complex SQL * Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile/Scrum approaches and associated QA workflows, best practices, standards and techniques * Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written & verbal communication skills Ideal Qualifications * Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT and/or MBA * Experience with VAPI XP test scripts (JUnit, SOATest, Selenium) * Familiarity with WebLogic, or other J2EE Application Servers * Certifications through the Quality Assurance Institute (CSQA, CAST, CSTE, CMST, CSTP), ISTQB (CTFL, CTAL) and/or Project Management (PMP) Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
